How long will it take for me to receive my order?

All deliveries are sent 1st class and signed for. (Monday-Saturday) We aim to send all orders within 24 hours, orders placed before 4pm Monday-Friday and before 12pm Saturday, can expect their order the next working day. 

How much is the delivery cost? 

The cost for all deliveries is £6 per order. Orders are sent 1st class and signed for to ensure safe and fast delivery. 

Local collection from store is available free of charge. 

 

 

Returns Policy:

Overview

~ If for any reason you're not happy with your product, you may return it.

~ The customer must pay for the return postage, we recommend tracked postage.

How long do I have to return my items if I am not satisfied with them?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, this means that any products you are not satisfied with can be returned to us within 14 days of purchase in their original condition and packaging for a full refund. Just let our customer care team know to expect them prior to making the return and post to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 
If you are returning an item(s), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
What happens if I have missed the 14 day returns period?
We recommend checking your items within 7 days of delivery to ensure enough time for any returns to be processed, however, if you wish to return items after this period a partial refund may be granted at the discretion of the customer care team.
